Working in our fast-paced SME division, the main roles and responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Make comfort calls to customers who have recently signed a new gas and electricity contract
  • Inform customers about services that could suit them
  • Take incoming calls from various email campaigns
  • Dealing with a range of customers on a daily basis and handling anything from general enquiries to customer queries
  • Use the in-house CRM system (Sugar)
  • Help and assist other team members to ensure smooth running of the department
  • Work to agreed targets



  • Polite and friendly phone voice
  • Good computer skills


  • Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
