Contract Terms: Full time / Part Time
Salary: £20 – £28k
Entitlement: 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays

This job advert is fairly boring. Not the job; the job is a great opportunity in a dynamic, fun and growing company. The advert is boring. It needs a bit of life. A bit of colour.

That’s where you come in.

We are searching for someone to help develop the visual aspects of our brand and make our bold, design-led mark in the energy and environmental sectors.

It’s a hybrid role working for two brands: Inspired PLC who are the UK’s largest energy and sustainability consultancy, and the Impact Communications Network (ICON) who provide motivation and awareness training, help energy and environmental managers with compliance and knowledge share and run webinars, workshops and events to educate and support our subscribers.

The work for Inspired will mainly comprise supporting the production of sustainability strategies, environmental management reports and social impact or sustainable procurement strategies, for both the public and private sectors. We are doing a lot with the NHS and with Social Housing at the moment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing great visual content for the company, taking a lead role for most projects. This includes animated and filmed video, printed and digital media, email marketing and landing page design as well as routine weekly pdf’d reports.

The role is ideally suited to someone brimming with ideas and looking to take their first Project Lead role in a supportive and inclusive company.

This position is best suited to a ‘roll-up your sleeves and get stuck in’ type of person. We do a lot of work to tight budget constraints, for example with the NHS, so the ability to use resources wisely and effectively is essential, as is thinking on your feet and being able to adapt to changing priorities.

You will have the creative freedom to develop our brand and see your plans come to life, working directly with clients, colleagues and senior management.

You must have:

  • Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
