Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Working as part of the SME quality assurance function, within the admin department, responsible for ensuring we are compliant with energy supplier regulations and internal sale requirements. To submit, drive and maintain quality output for a live status.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Working in our fast-paced SME division, the main roles and responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Working closely with the sale teams and compliance team to maintain quality output
  • Responsible for processing and chasing information requests at point of LOA, in line with the supplier service level agreement
  • Responsible for submitting and managing terminations are accepted and logged with the said supplier
  • Responsible for contracts submission, with a sound knowledge of Excel and using online portal access
  • Working internal admin reporting to update and resolve any contractual queries or issues promptly with the relevant supplier(s.)
  • Ability to run, export and manage data clean-up exercises to ensure data integrity throughout the system
  • Happy to deal with incoming calls dealing with both supplier and customer queries, ensuring all details are logged through the Sugar CRM system
  • Ability to handle customer queries and complaints through the CRM system module
  • Working proactively to obtain correct and reliable audit requirements, such as a valid contract lock in; commission and usage confirmation. Maintaining this level of accuracy in the system throughout the life of the contract
  • Ad hoc reporting and projects as required
  • Helping and assisting other team members when required, to ensure the smooth operation of the department
