Job Title: SME Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Kirkham
Contract Terms: Full Time
Entitlement: 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays

Working as part of the SME quality assurance function, within the admin department, responsible for ensuring we are compliant with energy supplier regulations and internal sale requirements. To submit, drive and maintain quality output for a live status.


REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

Reports To: Quality Assurance Team Manager

Director: Quality Assurance & Administration


ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Reporting directly to the SME Admin Team Leader and Quality Assurance Team Manager, working to the team rota.
  • Sound understanding of supplier LOA requirements and GDPR regulations, responsible for processing and chasing information requests at point of LOA, in line with the supplier service level agreement.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, responsible for submitting and managing terminations, making sure they are accepted and logged with the current supplier. Understanding the impact this has on the customer if termination is not submitted and logged within the supplier termination window.
  • Maintaining high levels of attention to detail, responsible for submitting contracts within the agreed internal SLA. Sound knowledge of Excel and using the supplier online portal access. Driving data integrity and data enrichment in the CRM system, also updating the workflows and audit trail where applicable.
  • Excellent technical skills with the ability to run, export and manage daily reports to ensure as a team we are actively working on target;

  • Demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills. Confident dealing with incoming calls from both supplier and customers, ensuring all details are logged through the CRM system.
  • Working proactively to obtain correct and reliable audit requirements, such as a valid contract lock in; commission and usage confirmation. Maintaining this level of accuracy in the system throughout the life of the contract and understanding the importance of this level of detail through to the collection of commission and contract renewal.
