Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator
Contract Term: Full Time
Location: Kirkham
Entitlement: 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Working as part of the Quality Assurance function. Responsible for ensuring high levels of data accuracy within the CRM system and managing the administration following contract acceptance.

  • Responsible for managing supplier registrations and terminations for the Group.
  • Monitoring supply registrations closely and proactively to ensure Suppliers are applying for the correct start dates and no objections or delays occur. Also confirming each supply goes live on the start date agreed and updating the statuses and notes in the CRM.
  • Managing any objections that may occur during the registration process, working closely with the Supplier(s) and Account Managers and/or Bureau team towards a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Also recording the delayed start date accurately in the system and ensuring any additional charges are escalated as a result of the delayed start date.
  • Issuing termination on the go-live renewal.
  • Ensuring termination acceptance is confirmed by the supplier in advance of the contract end date with a sound knowledge of supplier termination windows, and termination and LOA requirements. Keeping the records updated within the termination module in the CRM.
  • Reporting weekly to Director Administration & Quality Assurance on missing client LOA’s.
  • Responsible for closely monitoring and managing the mailboxes.
  • Sound understanding of the different types of contracts, rates, and services Inspired PLC offers to commercial customers.
  • Familiar with using supplier portals, status reports, and general supplier TPI requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of Excel using filtering, pivots, and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Working with the QA team and external suppliers as a support to account managers across the Group.
  • Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C incl. Math’s & English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Excel

Desirable:

  • Degree Level Education
  • Knowledge of UK Energy Markets
