Job Title: Supplier Relationship Manager
Contract Term: Full Time
Location: Homebased
Entitlement: 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays

Reporting to the Director of Business Support, to assist in managing supplier relationships at a strategic level.

  • Communicate open opportunities with suppliers, manage and report on pipeline opportunities quarterly
  • Manage supplier status and communicate changes to credit status, service levels and change of contacts
  • To liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders to manage the day-to-day management of suppliers
  • Lead supplier meetings as required
  • Be the main point of contact for day-to-day supplier operations and manage daily activities
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and Internal teams
  • Develop peer to peer relationships between internal and external teams
  • Attend supplier conferences and represent the business
  • Manage supplier escalations from senior internal stakeholders and report to Director of Business Support
  • Lead monthly meetings with internal teams to understand supplier engagement, problems, opportunities and manage escalations as required
  • Identify opportunities to create value from each supplier relationship and present potential opportunities to Director of Business Support
  • Manage project plans and product development with suppliers and internal stakeholders as required Present quarterly updates on supplier management to internal teams
  • Create and manage supplier SLA dashboards, status reporting and report monthly statistics to Director of Business Support
  • Manage commercial contracts to ensure they are up to date with all suppliers and work with Director of Business Support on the commercial mark up and negotiation
  • Keep up to date and communicate supplier industry updates and report back to the business
  • Keep supplier SharePoint up to date and share with internal teams
  • Work with suppliers to lead and manage internal products/developments through to delivery in their entirety
  • Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.



  • Educated to degree level or demonstrate equivalent experience, including English and Maths at least grade C or equivalent
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in management is desirable
  • Experience in commercial negotiation and contracts
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Commercial awareness
  • Communicate and influence at every level within an organisation
  • Strong time management/prioritisation skills
  • Ability to stay focussed and productive when working at home
  • Ability to work alone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English
  • Strategic thinker who can understand complex issues and come up with solutions
