The Water Site Services team requires an organized, self-starter to facilitate AMR solutions for a growing number of customers. The team are responsible for providing water data logging and meter reading services for clients to assist in monitoring water usage with the goal of minimizing consumption, increasing predictability of cost, and aligning with customer’s sustainability and net zero ambitions. Reporting to the Senior Siteworks Consultant, the successful candidate will be confident in dealing with internal account managers, suppliers, and customer, have experience in using CRMs and strong IT skills.


  • Assist with completion of new proposals for water AMR solutions and provide to Account Managers.
  • Oversee monitoring and targeting activities for all water AMR devices where Inspired are providing a managed service.
  • Lead regular reporting to large multi-site and strategic clients.
  • Project manage new AMR sales from start to finish, including: 
    – Liaising with customers at onboarding stage to gather the required information
    – Requesting quotations from suppliers and ensuring they are in line with expectations
    – Obtaining industry data to support applications
    – Organising file structure and all relevant documentation in a central repository.
    – Project coordinating installs and acting as a conduit to ensure that site visits and installations are completed in a timely manner.
    – Ensure service delivery goes live once AMRs installed.
    – Updating CRM with relevant orderbook data.
  • Support Leak Detection activity
    – Update meter reads in the system when submitted from site.
    – Use job sheets to provide finance with relevant invoicing detail.
    – Managing the submission of refund allowances where appropriate.
  • Review portfolio and fault reports from AMR providers including: –
    – Investigating possible faults with site
    – Arranging maintenance visits
    – Organising payment where visits fall outside of maintenance contracts
    – Minimising aborted visits by overseeing site visits.
  • Understand client challenges around water consumption to help explain usage patterns and be able to separate normal usage from wastage and leakage.
  • Provision of MI reporting where required to line manager in an agreed format.
  • Recording / updating processes where necessary.



  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel essential)
  • Good Client communication skills


  • Water Industry experience
  • Experience in a metering or similar role
